Idea Party is a real-time collaborative brainstorming platform where groups work together to create deliverables through an LLM-guided question-and-answer process, followed by collaborative editing of the generated document.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for all content you submit and must not post content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code or harmful content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Data Retention

Rooms and their content persist indefinitely. We do not automatically delete user data. For data deletion requests, please contact us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the Service.
